Yes, indeed.  In order to provide the most convenient services to their customers, DocuSign has both Apple and Android apps available for download to these devices.  The apps allow customers to sign, transmit documents and review the progress of any transactions under way.  In short, almost anything that one can do on the DocuSign website can be done with a mobile device in the field. more

DocuSign has plans that are by single transaction or by monthly fees.  The single transaction plans are not refundable after use.   The monthly plans can be cancelled by the customer with 30 days notice.  Otherwise, the plans are renewed automatically.  Strangely, the cancellation notice must be in writing and arrangements must be made to pay the final bill.  The company does warrant transactions if a customer suffers a loss caused by failure on their part. more

DocuSign does not accept Paypal for its products.  The company only accepts credit cards. Business accounts can also be set up, with arrangements with customer service.  Paypal, however, its not an option for individual accounts with this company.  Perhaps this will change in the future as more individual accounts are sold. more

DocuSign only accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in payment for accounts.  Debit cards can be used if they are linked to a credit card accepted by the company.  The European office accepts some European credit cards as well.  Personal checks are not accepted by the company. more

Docusign is an electronic signature company.  As such, they conduct most of their business over the internet and do not ship a product or merchandise to their customers.  The company has offices in San Francisco, Seattle and London.  The company does offer international customers electronic signature services where these services are recognized for their clients.  Again, this is done primarily over the internet for all transactions. more

You can find the answer to this question in this review of DocuSign written by Rowan Casey - an excerpt is posted below:In the information age, everything is done online, and this product specifically deals with getting legal signatures on contracts and deals, and sending them over the net. Before online signatures, a real estate agent (for example), would have to fax a contract to the buyer, get them to sign on the dotted line, and fax it back, and this process would have had to be done by snail mail if the buyer didn't have a fax machine. These days, important legal signatures can be obtai... more

The answer to question was posted in this review of DocuSign written by Rowan Casey - an excerpt is posted below:What makes DocuSign different from other ways of obtaining an online signature? It's ease of use. You have the option to test it out for yourself by sending a document out to any device, signing it, and have it returned to your email in less than a minute. Other companies offer complicated software, where you have to work out for yourself how to make a legal document requiring a signature, but on DocuSign, it's all there in plain English, and you get community forums and support on... more

The answer to question was posted in this review of DocuSign written by Rowan Casey - an excerpt is posted below:Take a look at the rivals to DocuSign, and see for yourself how much more complicated they are. How unpleasing to the eye, and perhaps more expensive as well. CoSign by ARX is one of the main rivals to DocuSign, or it appears very high on the page of a Google search on electronic signature. They offer a software that you can use on your computer, so that as you write a document on your computer, you can add the electronic signature while you write. I don't know about you, but I f... more
